As you may have heard me mention before, I am very passionate about sustainable fashion.

I love the idea of collective collaborations too. So, when I decided to combine the two into a project for our new Summer collection, the Recycled Shirt Drive was born.

This is a very exciting project for us here at BODY. Through your generous shirt donations, we will be recycling the shirts and turning every piece of it into a feature on a brand new garment…

I’ll be updating you along the way with posts here on the blog as well as through our Facebook page.

So, check back in again soon and you can see the design process and journey of our lovely donated pre-loved shirts.

We are working on an exciting new sustainable fashion project here at BODY…

We’ve taken the concept of the ‘boyfriend shirt’ but pushed it further by recycling pre-loved men’s shirts into dresses, skirts and tops.


 
Each one unique, each one hand made and each one something very special.

Pre-loved is being reinvented into something brand new, for someone else to post-love.

As part of our BODY community, we’d like to invite you to be involved in this project by donating your boyfriend’s, husband’s, dad’s or brother’s shirts to us, so they can be given a new lease on life.
