Does your personal style translate to your workout…

To me one of the most essential elements of working out is dressing in something which makes me feel sexy and feminine! For us women, just because we are doing exercise, doesn’t mean we have to forgo our natural style and grace…

When I do a workout I like to complement my outfit with my movement, whilst still maintaining my sensuality. Now I admit this may be a bit hard when riding around the hills on my road bike, ‘Celeste’…but when I am doing my Laura Kate, yoga or dance etc…I want my outfit to complement my physique as I move and flow through each posture. 

Just like the satorialist, I am a true believer that if you like what you are wearing when you workout… then you are inspired to perform at your best…

So my dears as you tone and lengthen your way to your new Spring bod then I am sure you will be delighted to frock up in the dance inspired collections of BODY by Dainy Sawatzky. Feminine styling, subtle features blended with a certain balletic look…hmmm I feel that Dainy designed this just for me!!
